Letting is from Saturday to Saturday. Dates below are week start dates. Mid-week letting available on request.

Arrival Time is from 4 p.m. Departure Time is by 10 a.m.

Security Deposit, Damages & Cleaning

Booking is only secured on receipt of a deposit of 33% of the total cost. Payment is made via bank transfer (details will be provide). Remainder of payment due 1 month prior to arrival.

A security Damages Deposit of €100 payable on arrival - fully refunded if there are no damages.

If required, we can organise a final cleaning of the house at a charge of €50. Please notify us 2 days before departure if you require us to use the cleaning service.

Electricity & Heating

Electricity and heating are charged at a daily rate of €12 per day June to September. Outside of these months, electricity and heating are charged at €16per day.
